Refund policy
BONBON Reserve is the seasonal clearance store for Bonbon. Because items are sold at heavily reduced clearance prices, we keep returns simple - but always within your rights under South African law.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or isn't as described, you're covered for up to 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act - your choice of a refund, replacement or repair, at no cost to you. Just email tonyflynn2000@gmail.com as soon as you can (a quick photo helps us sort it faster).
Changed your mind (7-day cooling-off)
For online purchases you have a 7-day cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. You may return an item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid, including the original delivery fee, provided it's unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resalable condition. You cover only the cost of returning the item to us.
How to return
Email tonyflynn2000@gmail.com with your order number and we'll confirm the return address. Once we receive and inspect the item we'll refund you within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. If that isn't possible we'll arrange an EFT with you.
Please note
Change-of-mind returns that come back worn, washed, used, damaged, or without tags may be declined or refunded in part - this never applies to faulty items, which are always fully covered.
